The Role
We’re looking for a lead carpenter who’s ready to take ownership of their work and play a key supporting role in managing custom residential projects. You might already have experience coordinating parts of a build, or you might be a strong carpenter ready to grow into a project leadership role — either way, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be working hands-on through all phases of high-performance residential construction, while assisting with planning, coordination, and communication alongside our project manager and team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead on-site carpentry work from framing to finish

  • Support day-to-day project coordination: subs, schedules, deliveries

  • Keep the jobsite running smoothly, organized, and safe

  • Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and trades

  • Be a steady presence — solving problems, keeping quality high, and staying ahead of the next step

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in residential carpentry (start to finish)

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to take direction and take the lead, depending on the task

  • Strong communication and site organization skills

  • Comfort with reading plans and thinking ahead on jobsite needs

  • Interest in growing your skills — both on the tools and in project coordination
